Key Job Responsibilities

As Manager/Sr Manager of Human Resources-

  • you would be closely working with the CEO and other senior management position holders
  • Work on Salary benchmarking, and determine competitive compensation plan
  • Create Communication Dock advising managers regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits
  • Ensure all policies comply with the required legal framework in each jurisdiction
  • Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets top management information needs
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization
  • Administer benefits programs such as health, and insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
  • Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization
  • Administer salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within the organization
  • Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
  • Participate with management for effective labour modelling, in line with organization growth
  • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions
  • Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment
  • Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues 
  • Prepare and maintain the budget of human resources operations
  • Prepare and maintain the budget of all employee engagements, rewards and recognition, awards and other programs globally
  • Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations
  •  Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
  • Revamp organization culture by creating an effective flow of communication and synergy across teams, offices and staff members, ensuring a globally effective and diverse workforce
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward Company goals
  • Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions, performance evaluation systems, employment contracts and agreements
  • Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
  • Create models for collecting data on employee satisfaction and plans to create an environment of positivity, growth and engagement
  • Find political potholes across the teams and eliminate them
  • Frame & implement EWS- Identify problems early enough before damage happens
  • Manage a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations;
  • Manage employee appraisal process and results by training managers to coach and discipline employees;
  • scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances, and counselling employees and supervisors.
  • Having Digital marketing knowelge will be advantage.
